Jon L. Dybdahl, Ph.D was a pastor, a missionary to Southeast Asia and a professor of Missions and Spirtual Life for over 30 years. He received a M.Div. from Andrews University, and Ph.D. from Fuller Theological Seminary in Old Testament. Dr. Dybdahl was the author of Missions: A Two-Way Street, A Strange Place for Grace: Discovering a Loving God in the Old Testament, and Exodo La Biblia Amplificada. Dr. Dybdahl went to sleep in Jesus in January 2023. His wife, Kathryn, three children, nine grandchildren, many friends, colleagues and former students will miss him and repeat his lessons of God’s love and joy.
